We believe that no one in our community should face hunger.
That’s why we provide three days’ nutritionally balanced emergency food and support to people in Pontefract and Knottingley and the surrounding area.
We are part of a nationwide community of food banks, supported by Trussell, working to combat poverty and hunger across the UK.
Pontefract and Knottingley Foodbank aims to prevent and provide relief of poverty in Pontefract and Knottingley and the surrounding area particularly, but not exclusively, by providing emergency food and supplies to individuals and families in need and signposting people to appropriate agencies.
